Subscription Cleaning Packages Terms & Conditions
1. Packages & Inclusions
Each package includes the listed services and perks as described at the time of purchase.
Additional hours, extras, and add-ons are available at an additional cost.
Services are tailored to your home within the allocated time. Tasks will be prioritised based on your preferences.
2. Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed inclusive of GST and are charged per fortnight in advance.
Payment is required prior to service. Subscription payments are paid via invoice.
Prices may be reviewed periodically. You will be notified of any price changes at least 14 days in advance.
3. Scheduling & Access
Regular cleaning days/times will be agreed upon at the start of your subscription.
We require reliable access to your property (keys, codes, or entry instructions). If access is not possible at the agreed time, the service will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
Public holidays may affect scheduling. Where this occurs, we will reschedule to the nearest suitable day.
Our team may need to reschedule cleans due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and arrange an alternative time.
Our standard service area covers Launceston CBD and a 15km radius. Services outside this area may incur a travel fee, which will be advised prior to booking or invoicing.
4. Reschedules & Cancellations
To reschedule or cancel a clean, at least 48 hours’ notice is required.
Less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the full service fee being charged.
Subscription cancellations require 14 days’ notice. Any payments already made are non-refundable but services owed will still be completed.
5. Service Limits & Exclusions
Each clean is limited to the allocated hours of your package.
Services do not include: heavy lifting, hazardous cleaning (e.g. mould, bodily fluids), pest removal, outdoor areas and garage (unless agreed), or trades-based tasks.
Any additional work outside the package scope will be quoted separately.
6. Perks & Gifts
Welcome gifts, birthday treats, lifestyle perks, and referral rewards are included as goodwill extras. They are non-transferable and may vary depending on availability.
Complete Home Co. reserves the right to substitute or change gift items at any time.
7. Liability & Safety
We take great care with your home, belongings, and privacy. However, Complete Home Co. is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear-and-tear, or items not disclosed as fragile.
Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for cleaners (including pets secured during service).
Any incidents must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Complete Home Co. may take before-and-after photos or general content for social media and marketing purposes. No identifying personal information will be shared. If you do not wish for content to be taken in your home, you must provide written notice.
Any concerns or feedback must be raised within 24 hours of service completion so we can promptly resolve them. Feedback received after this period may not qualify for re-cleans, adjustments, or compensation.
8. Termination of Service
Complete Home Co. reserves the right to pause or terminate services if:
Unsafe or unsuitable working conditions are present, or
Payments are overdue.
9. Agreement
By purchasing a subscription package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
